Refund Policy — Mindfully Made Media

All sales are final. Our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits for any digital product once purchased. Including for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to review the product description before buying.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Non-Delivery / Technical Failure

The only exception to this policy is non-delivery: if you did not receive access to your purchased file due to a technical error on our end, contact us at mindfullymademedia@outlook.com within 5 days of purchase with your order number, and we will resend the file or restore access. This is a delivery guarantee, not a refund exception you'll receive the product you paid for, not your money back.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge only. The original purchase remains non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in your access to current and future Mindfully Made Media products being revoked.

Before You Buy

Please review product descriptions, previews, and included content carefully before purchasing. No refunds will be issued after checkout for any reason outside the exceptions listed above.
